How cancellations, transfers and refunds are handled.

The refund available depends on when you cancel and whether your course has started. The exact deadlines and amounts for your cohort are stated in your enrolment confirmation.
Where possible, you may transfer to a later cohort of the same course instead of cancelling.
If TGI cancels a course or class, we will offer a new date, a transfer or a refund of fees paid for the cancelled part. Schedule changes are communicated through the student dashboard and by email.
Access to paid courses is only granted after a successful payment. If a payment fails, is cancelled or is refunded, course access is removed accordingly.
