Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 2 November 2026. This policy is provided for information and should be reviewed by Tadita Group Institute’s legal adviser.

Who we are

This website is operated by Tadita Group Institute (“TGI”, “we”), the education arm of Tadita Group Corporation.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you contact us, register for a course, request corporate training or create a student account: typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, course interests and any message you send. When you study with us we also process enrolment, attendance, assessment and certificate records. We do not store payment card details on this website; payments are handled by our payment providers.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and process registrations.
  • To deliver courses, live classes, recordings, assessments and certificates.
  • To send service messages about your course, schedule changes and cancellations.
  • To send marketing emails only where you have agreed, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To keep our website secure and understand how it is used.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery, Microsoft Teams for live classes and payment processors), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and student records for as long as needed to verify enrolment and certificates and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to marketing, by contacting us through the Contact page.
