Recording and Learning Content Policy

Recording of live classes

Live classes on Microsoft Teams may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled students. You will be informed when a session is being recorded. You may keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear.

Access to recordings

Authorised recordings are published in the learning portal and are only available to students enrolled in the relevant course, for the access period of that course.

Permitted use

Recordings and materials are for your personal study only. You may not download (unless permitted), re-record, share, publish or sell them.

Removal

TGI may remove or replace recordings at any time, for example to protect privacy or update content.
